Q1. How do I place an order?
A. Simply browse our shop, select the items you love, add them to your cart, and complete checkout online.

Q2. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. Yes. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Q3. Will I receive an order confirmation?
A. Absolutely! You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase.

Q4. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalization?
A. Not at this time. We currently do not offer gift wrapping or personalized messages.

Q6. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, including processing and shipping time.

Q7. How can I track my order?
A. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Q8. Do you offer expedited shipping?
A. No, we currently offer standard shipping only.

Q9. What if my order is damaged or lost?
A. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns & Refunds

A. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Q11. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Our return shipping is also free.
  • We provide prepaid shipping label for all returnable items.
  • We do not charge for restocking fee.

A. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

A. Yes! Please return the item and place a new order if you’d like something different.
