Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before production or shipment begins. Contact support@decoranches.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is subject to our confirmation that neither production nor shipment has started; sending a request does not confirm cancellation. Once production or shipment has started, orders generally cannot be canceled, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly agree otherwise.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed. You may retry using a different payment method. Deco Ranches is not responsible for delays caused by failed or declined payments.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds to your account.

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
